Welcome

Hello world. "It's about time", all to familiar words we have all heard so many times. Well what can I say, Welcome to SA's unofficial Starcraft 2 players ground. Here we will try and get all SA players together forming a SC2 community. From here I hope we can build the site with as many players as possible, the goal ofcourse is to keep you up to date on any SC2 movement. We will be getting in touch with some local SA suppliers to orginise sponsorships and so on for comps here in SA. All we need from you is your support. Just a quick rundown on this site:

1. This site is a South African group site for Starcraft 2 players.
2. This site is 100% free to all players, we will NEVER ask for any fees for registration and so on.
3. We have a forum, a bit more personal than B.Nets as it is just for us SA guys/gals. Here you can discuss tactics, technical issues and add suggestions.
4. We will try keep you informed as to what's what in the SC2 community.

We will continue to improve/modify/restructure this site as we go on. I welcome all of you dedicated SC2 players, I look forward to your input and us standing together proud as one nation.

eSports: Upcoming Tournaments

Various competition organizers hold regular online tournaments in which you can compete against other players and maybe even win some prizes! Most of these contests are open to everyone. In addition, there are professional tournaments taking place like the MLG Spring Arena 2 or the Eg Master's Cup Series which you can follow via video stream. Interested? Take a look at some of the open tournaments coming up in the next days - you can sign up to take part, or simply watch the live streams to get inspired by the players. It’s your turn now!
StarCraft II World Championship Series: Germany Nationals

Following the Spain Nationals May 26-27, the next national event in the StarCraft II World Championship Series takes place in Cologne, Germany. The top 16 German StarCraft II players will fight for a $10,000 USD prize pool and four slots in the Europe Finals. This event will be broadcast directly from the Gürzenich in Cologne, and coverage will be available in both German and English. If you're in the area June 2-3, why not attend the event in person? Entry is free!

The StarCraft II World Championship Series Europe Finals are coming! This event will represent the culmination of the National Qualifiers and National Championships events from throughout Europe, hosted by both Blizzard Entertainment and official tournament organizers.
